How coaching works for veterans

Leaving the service can remove the structure, the team, and the mission that organized daily life. David served six years in the Navy, including four counter-narcotics deployments, and as Command Fitness Leader, he built the physical training program for his shipmates. Now he helps veterans rebuild that structure around their own goals.

Sessions are remote and work alongside your VA care.
